摘 要:磨机是实现铝矿石粉磨的重要设备,是将干矿转换为湿式矿浆的首道工序。随着磨机运行年限不断增加,泄漏是困扰磨机稳定运行的主要因素。针对磨机筒体螺栓泄漏、进料管密封泄漏和减速机泄漏3个方面进行了分析与改进。实际应用结果表明,泄漏问题得到了极大改善,磨机使用效果良好,对相关行业类似设备具有推广意义。As the first process of converting dry ore into wet pulp,the mill is the importance equipment of grinding aluminum ore.With continuous running over years,leakage becomes the main factor of disturbing the stable operation of the mill.The leakage at bolts of mill shell,leakage at sealings of feeding pipe and leakage of gear reducer were analyzed and controlled.Actual application results showed the leakage was greatly relieved with excellent service effects of the mill,which was of spread significance for similar equipments in related industries.
