摘  要:针对煤炭生产工况恶劣,容易污染煤矿设备液压系统,导致设备损坏的问题,对液压系统的在线过滤方法进行了研究。设计了磁性过滤器-网式粗过滤器-滤纸精过滤器的三级过滤系统,实现了液压油的精密过滤;采用在线颗粒计数器对液压油的污染度进行实时监测;开发了PLC控制系统控制电磁阀组实现液压油的在线自动过滤;通过在煤矿装车机液压系统开展测试试验,并基于油液理化指标检测、铁谱磨粒分析等方法对液压油的净化过滤效果进行了评价。结果表明,该液压油在线过滤系统能够极大改善液压油的清洁度。Since the hydraulic system of the coal mining equipment is easily polluted and then damaged due to severe coal mining condition,the online filtration method for the hydraulic system was researched.Three-stage filtration system was designed composed of magnetic filter,meshed coarse filter and filtering-paper fine filter,so as to realize the precise filtration of hydraulic oil;the online particle counter was applied to online monitor the pollution degree of hydraulic oil;PLC control system was developed to control the solenoid valve group,so as to realize the online automatic filtration of hydraulic oil.The test for the hydraulic system of a coal loader was conducted,and the filtration effects were evaluated based on physicochemical indexes and ferrography analysis of hydraulic oil.The results showed the online hydraulic oil filtration system greatly improved the cleanliness of hydraulic oil.
