摘 要:为解决螺旋锥齿轮在五轴数控机床上因额外的两个旋转轴而造成轨迹复杂、人工倒棱效率低且无法保证加工质量的问题,针对螺旋锥齿轮齿廓倒棱轨迹规划进行了研究。首先计算出螺旋锥齿轮齿廓线方程,在验证方程的准确性后获取齿廓线的目标离散点。其次,根据坐标转换原理计算出坐标变换矩阵,并依据球头刀的倒棱位姿计算出刀轴矢量。然后,对获得的刀具轨迹进行MATLAB和VERICUT倒棱仿真,分析不同加工深度下的倒棱结果。最后得出五轴数控机床下的倒棱轨迹,切削仿真结果表明加工表面相对均匀,能够实现齿廓在数控机床上的倒棱,替代人工倒棱并提高加工效率。In order to solve the problems of complicated trajectory,low efficiency of manual chamfering and unable to guarantee machining quality of spiral bevel gears in five-axis CNC machine tool due to two extra rotation axes,the tooth profile chamfering trajectory planning of spiral bevel gears was studied in this paper.Firstly,the tooth profile equation of spiral bevel gear is calculated,and the target discrete points of tooth profile are obtained after the accuracy of the equation is verified.Secondly,the coordinate transformation matrix is calculated according to the coordinate transformation principle,and the cutter axis vector is calculated according to the chamfering position of the ball-end cutter.Then,MATLAB and VERICUT chamfering simulation were carried out to analyze the chamfering results under different machining depths.Finally,the chamfering trajectory under the five-axis CNC machine tool is obtained.The cutting simulation results show that the machined surface is relatively uniform,which can realize the chamfering of the tooth profile on the CNC machine tool,replace the manual chamfering and improve the processing efficiency.
