摘 要:在阶段空场嗣后充填法二步回采时,爆破作用对充填体产生损伤,导致大量充填体垮塌,影响充填体稳定性和采场回采安全性。为了有效控制爆破作业对充填体的破坏,基于张庄铁矿工程特性,通过理论分析,得出高阶段二步采矿房护壁矿柱厚度及高阶段边帮爆破参数,经工业试验并结合采空区三维扫描对边界爆破效果进行分析。结果表明,此高阶段二步回采缓冲爆破方案取得了较好的爆破效果,对同类型矿山具有借鉴价值。In the second-step stoping of stage open stoping with subsequent filling method,the blasting damage to the filling body,resulting in a large number of filling body collapse,affecting the stability of the filling body and stope mining safety.In order to effectively control the destruction of filling body caused by blasting operation,based on the engineering characteristics of Zhangzhuang Iron Mine,through theoretical analysis,the thickness of wall protection pillar of high-stage second-step stoping room and the blasting parameters of high-stage side wall are obtained.The boundary blasting effect is analyzed through industrial tests and three-dimensional scanning of the goaf.The results show that this high-stage secondstep stoping buffer blasting scheme has formed a good blasting effect,which has reference value for the same type of mines.
