摘 要:为了解决寺河矿东回风大巷岩层较硬,影响巷道掘进效率和安全性的难题,提出了基于钻爆法的新型井下巷道高速掘进方案。首先从提高井下作业自动化程度入手,通过钻装机提高掘进、打孔的效率,减少作业面人员数量;然后通过仿真分析的方案,科学、合理地确定井下爆破时的最优孔间距,通过对井下地质条件的分析,确定井下爆破掏槽方案、装药方案等;最后再通过锚索补强支护和多工序交叉平行作业的方式,实现了对井下巷道支护和掘进作业的优化。实践表明,新的井下高速掘进方案能够提升巷道支护效率27.4%,提升巷道掘进效率66.7%,安全效益和经济效益显著。In order to solve the problem that the rock stratum of the east return air roadway in Sihe mine is hard,which affects the tunneling efficiency and safety,a new underground roadway high-speed tunneling scheme based on drilling and blasting method is proposed.First of all,starting from improving the automation of underground operations,the efficiency of tunneling and drilling can be improved through drilling and loading machines,and the number of working face personnel can be reduced.Then,through the scheme of simulation analysis,the optimal hole spacing of underground blasting is scientifically and reasonably determined.Through the analysis of underground geological conditions,the blasting cutting scheme and charging scheme are determined.Finally,through the anchor cable reinforcement support and multi process cross parallel operation,the optimization of underground roadway support and tunneling oper⁃ation is realized.The practice shows that the new underground high-speed tunneling scheme can improve the roadway support efficiency by 27.4%and the roadway tunneling efficiency by 66.7%with significant safety and economic benefits.
