摘 要:针对钟九铁矿-550 m水平井底车场4#交岔点大断面巷道支护问题,进行了交岔大断面巷道加强支护的技术方案探索。首先,通过数值模拟分析4#交岔点及其附近大断面巷道逐步开挖下的塑性区分布情况。依据最不利的塑性区范围,进行长锚索支护设计,保证锚索具备足够的锚固能力;同时,依据塑性区范围确定巷道壁后充填注浆的范围,以提高锚杆的锚固效果,形成“长锚索—耦合注浆”联合加强支护方式。联合加强支护方式在4#交岔点大断面巷道中得到了良好的应用,巷道变形及掉渣现象得到了明显改善。Aiming at the problem of large-section roadway support at the 4#intersection point of the-550 m horizontal bottom yard in Zhongjiu Iron Mine,the technical scheme for strengthening the support of the large-section roadway at the intersection was explored.First,the distribution of the plastic zone un⁃der the gradual excavation of the 4#intersection and its nearby large-section roadway is analyzed by numeri⁃cal simulation.According to the most unfavorable plastic zone range,the long anchor cable support design is carried out to ensure that the anchor cable has sufficient anchoring capacity.At the same time,the range of backfill grouting of the roadway wall is determined according to the range of the plastic zone to improve the anchoring effect of the bolt,and form the"long anchor cable-coupling grouting"joint strengthening support method.The joint reinforcement support method has been well applied in the large-section roadway at the 4#intersection,and the roadway deformation and slag drop have been significantly improved.
