摘 要:为了工业生产中迅速确定出最适合的设备型号与参数,降低磨矿过程中的能耗,针对矿物碎磨存在的多参数、慢时变、非线性、大滞后的复杂特性及磨矿分级过程存在的大波动、难管控,易造成产品质量差、资源消耗大、能耗高的现象,进行了SABC选矿碎磨工艺流程的仿真模型搭建。模型建立了4条碎磨流程提高模型适应场景范围及操作灵活性,开发了进行数据互换的EXCEL界面,在模型自动模拟出整个碎磨工艺流程获取最优的设备型号及参数的同时,可以直观、快速地帮助现场操作人员进行设备参数调整。In order to quickly determine the most suitable equipment model and parameters in indus⁃trial production and reduce the energy consumption in the grinding process,in view of the complex charac⁃teristics of multi-parameter,slow time-varying,nonlinear and large lag in mineral crushing and grinding,and the large fluctuation and difficult control in the grinding and classification process,it is easy to cause poor product quality,large resource consumption and high energy consumption.The simulation model of SABC beneficiation and grinding process is built.The model establishes four crushing and grinding process⁃es to improve the model's adaptability to the scene range and operational flexibility,and develops an EX⁃CEL interface for data exchange.While the model automatically simulates the entire crushing and grinding process to obtain the optimal equipment model and parameters,it can intuitively and quickly help field op⁃erators adjust equipment parameters.
