摘 要:为了从选矿工艺优化方面提高生产效率,降低生产成本,以攀枝花白马矿区钒钛磁铁矿工艺矿物学特性为基础,进行了原矿粗粒抛尾、一段磨矿各种方式分级效果比较、二段磨矿分级系统嵌入抛尾工艺、二段和三段磨机磨矿效率等试验研究,提出了针对白马矿区钒钛磁铁矿的新选矿工艺流程,并对新工艺流程的可行性进行了分析讨论及处理能力测算。研究得出,通过流程改造,达到了进一步提高选矿厂生产效率和降低成本的目的,可为其他类似矿山提供有益参考。In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost from the opti⁃mization of beneficiation process,based on the process mineralogy characteristics of vanadium-titanium magnetite in Baima mining area of Panzhihua,the coarse tailings discarding of raw ore,the comparison of classification effects of various methods of primary grinding,the embedded tailings discarding process of secondary grinding classification system,the grinding efficiency of secondary and tertiary mills were stud⁃ied.A new beneficiation process flow for vanadium-titanium magnetite in Baima mining area was pro⁃posed,and the feasibility of the new process flow was analyzed and discussed.It is concluded that through the process transformation,the purpose of further improving the production efficiency and reducing the cost of the concentrator is achieved,which can provide useful reference for other similar mines.
