摘　　要：为了实现难选极贫铁矿石的综合利用,提高铁精矿产量,稳定精矿品位,进而降本增效及平衡经济效益,凹山选厂针对生产中存在的一系列问题,提出了极贫磁铁矿并联高压辊磨机工艺,引入了国产高压辊磨机、申克湿式双层筛等破碎选分设备,实现了高压辊磨机并联工艺的成功应用。通过对高压辊磨机的实际操作优化,稳定了精矿品位,提升了选厂产能,解决了制约选厂发展的一系列问题,综合效益显著。In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of refractory and extremely poor iron ore,improve the output of iron concentrate,stabilize the grade of concentrate,reduce the cost and increase the efficiency and balance the economic benefit,aiming at a series of problems existing in the production in Washan concentrator,the parallel high pressure roller mill process of extremely poor magnetite is put for⁃ward.The domestic high pressure roller mill,Shenke wet double screen and other crushing and separating equipment are introduced to realize the successful application of the parallel process of high pressure roller mill.Through the actual operation optimization of the high pressure roller mill,the concentrate grade is sta⁃bilized,the production capacity of the concentrator is improved,and a series of problems restricting the de⁃velopment of the concentrator are solved,and the comprehensive benefits were remarkable.
