摘　　要：司家营研山铁矿为了解决铁矿山选别中管道输送介质含有的粗颗粒物料在矿浆液体的冲刷作用下造成阀门、管道磨损,粗颗粒物料与碎钢球使阀门在启闭过程中出现卡阀、阀门无法启闭及关闭不严,阀门关闭不严导致的切换流程管道串矿堵塞影响生产连续性,管道、阀门泄漏造成矿浆外溢产生环境污染等一系列生产、环保问题,根据矿浆介质及管道位置的不同,通过选择合适的矿浆阀门,实现对阀门的优化配置,进而改善因阀门使用过程中出现故障造成的停机、减产、环境污染等一系列问题,同时为其他矿山企业矿浆阀门选择提供经验借鉴。In order to solve a series of production and environmental protection problems in Sijiaying Yanshan Iron Mine,such as the wear of valves and pipelines caused by the coarse particulate materials contained in the pipeline transportation medium under the scouring effect of slurry liquid,the jamming of valves,the failure of valves to open and close and the lax closing of valves during the opening and closing process caused by coarse particulate materials and broken steel balls,the string blockage of pipelines in the switching process caused by the lax closing of valves,which affects the continuity of production,the overflow of slurry caused by the leakage of pipelines and valves,and the environmental pollution,the opti⁃mal configuration of valves is realized by selecting appropriate slurry valves according to the different posi⁃tions of slurry media and pipelines.Furthermore,it can improve a series of problems such as shutdown,production reduction and environmental pollution caused by faults in the use of valves,and provide experi⁃ence for the selection of pulp valves in other mining enterprises.
