摘 要:针对复杂环境的尾矿库区内采石筑坝,要求施工速度快,工艺简单易操作,最终边坡稳定,施工成本低,爆后岩石块度适均,爆破振动与爆破飞散物不危害周边建(构)筑物等。对于不同的区域,采取不同的爆破技术,主采区采用深孔台阶微差爆破,逐孔接力起爆;靠近民房处采用孔内孔外延时爆破技术,使用空气间隔装药控制爆破振动,并通过安全核算来控制爆破危害;从而安全快速地实施爆破开挖。与预裂爆破技术相比,该技术拥有工艺简单、实施方便、开采效率高的特点。For quarrying and damming in the tailings reservoir area with complex environment,it is required that the construction speed is fast,the process is simple and easy to operate,the final slope is sta⁃ble,the construction cost is low,the rock fragmentation after blasting is appropriate,and the blasting vi⁃bration and flying objects do not harm the surrounding buildings.For different areas,different blasting technologies shall be adopted.The main mining area adopts deep hole bench millisecond blasting and hole by hole relay blasting.The delay blasting technology inside and outside the hole is adopted near the civil houses,the blasting vibration is controlled by the air interval charge,and the blasting hazard is controlled through safety accounting.So that the blasting excavation can be carried out safely and quickly.Compared with presplitting blasting technology,it has the characteristics of simple process,convenient implementa⁃tion and high mining efficiency.
