摘 要:棘球蚴病是人或动物感染棘球绦虫的中绦期幼虫即棘球蚴所致的慢性寄生虫病,在全世界范围内流行。根据感染寄生虫的种类不同可分为泡型棘球蚴病和囊型棘球蚴病。临床所用药物,如阿苯达唑、吡喹酮、奥苯达唑等治愈率不高,副作用大,且可能出现耐药性等潜在风险,而疫苗具有安全、无残留、动物无休药期等优点。因此,研制有效的棘球蚴病疫苗对畜牧业发展和提高人类生活质量都有重要意义。目前,疫苗抗原的研发成果中已出现了较为成熟的Eg95抗原,以及大量亟待证明的候选抗原如EgA31、EgM、EgTpx、P29及TSP3等。利用这些抗原制成的不同种类的疫苗都起到了不同程度的免疫保护效果。不仅如此,在使用疫苗进行预防的同时,对易感动物进行准确甄别尤其是早期甄别在防控棘球蚴病的过程中也非常重要。目前,诊断试剂的研发也有大量候选抗原如AgB、Ag5以及Eg95-5等可供选择。论文将对疫苗和诊断候选抗原进行汇总、讨论,以期为该病疫苗和诊断试剂的研发提供参考。Echinococcosis is a chronic parasitic disease caused by larvae of Echinococcus spp.in humans or animals,which is prevalent all over the world.According to the species of infected genus Echinococcus,it can be divided into alveolar echinococcosis and cystic echinococcosis.Clinically used drugs such as albendazole,praziquantel,oxbendazole,etc.,have a low cure rate,side effects,and potential threats such as drug resistance.Vaccines are safe,no residues,and haven’t drug withdrawal period in animals,etc.Therefore,the development of an effective hydatid disease vaccine is of great significance to the development of animal husbandry and the quality of human life.At present,the Eg95/Em95 gene family antigens have emerged in the development of vaccines,as well as a large number of candidate antigens that need to be proved,such as EgA31,EgM,EgTpx,P29 and TSP3.Different types of vaccines made with these antigens have played different degrees of immune protection.Not only that,but in the use of vaccines to prevention,rapid and accurate diagnosis after infection is also very important.At present,there are a large number of candidate antigens such as AgB,Ag5,Eg95-5 and some glycoproteins to choose in the research and development of diagnostic reagents.This review summarized and discussed these antigens to provide references for the development of vaccines and diagnostic reagents for the disease.
