摘 要:TC2钛合金真空自耗熔炼(VAR)过程中,由于Mn元素的偏析,导致铸锭中化学元素分布不均匀,以致于加工材在进行“空烧”低倍检验时,存在明显的亮斑、亮条等组织缺陷,影响产品后期加工性能。本文依托MeItFlow-VAR仿真模拟软件对Φ720mm规格TC2钛合金成品铸锭真空自耗熔炼过程中的熔炼电流、稳弧电流交变时间等熔炼工艺参数进行模拟,通过对模拟结果的分析,制定出相对合理的熔炼工艺参数,并根据制定的熔炼工艺参数,进行Φ720mm规格TC2钛合金成品铸锭真空自耗熔炼试验。结果表明,适当减小熔炼电流以降低熔速、延长稳弧电流交变时间,可使TC2钛合金铸锭中Al、Mn元素分布均匀,有效改善Mn元素偏析现象。通过对后续加工材的追踪验证,本次试验所生产的TC2钛合金铸锭在锻造成加工材进行“空烧”后进行横纵向低倍检验,均未发现亮斑、亮条等组织缺陷。Due to the segregation of Mn element,the chemical element of the ingot is not evenly distributed in the process of Vacuum Arc Remelting(VAR)of TC2 titanium alloy.As a result,there are obvious structure defects,such as bright spots and bright stripes,which affect the processing performance of the products in the later stage when the processed materials are tested for"empty burning".In this paper,MeItFlow-VAR simulation software is used to simulate the melting current and arc-stabilized current alternating time forΦ720mm TC2 titanium alloy finished ingot.Based on the analysis of simulation results,the relatively reasonable melting process parameters were worked out.According to the melting process parameters,Vacuum Arc Remelting(VAR)experiment of TC2 titanium alloy ingots withΦ720mm were carried out.The results show that the distribution of Al and Mn elements in TC2 titanium alloy ingots are uniform and the segregation of Mn element can be effectively improved by reducing the melting current to reduce the melting rate and prolong the arc-stabilized alternating time.Through the follow-up processing,the TC2 titanium alloy ingots produced in this experiment were tested by"empty burning"after being forged into processed materials,and no structure defects such as bright spots and bright striped were found.
