摘  要:介绍某型伸缩臂越野叉车货叉液压自动调平工作原理,分析货叉在不同初始位置时对调平系统产生的影响。原设计方案中,为实现货叉自动调平,操作前需要进行一系列复杂操作来完成液压缸和管路的排气。针对原方案设计不合理之处进行优化,在补偿液压缸有杆腔、无杆腔和油箱之间增加一双调平溢流油路,一方面可以简化排气过程,简单操作便可实现货叉液压自动调平;另一方面可以对补偿液压缸起到安全保护的作用。The working principles of hydraulic automatic leveling of the fork of a telescopic boom off-road forklift is introduced,and the impact of the fork at different initial positions on the leveling system is analyzed.In the original design,in order to achieve automatic fork leveling,a series of complex operations are required to exhaust the hydraulic cylinders and pipelines before operation.To optimize the unreasonable design of the original scheme,a double-leveling relief line is added between the rod and rodless chambers of the compensation hydraulic cylinder and the oil tank,which on the one hand can simplify the exhaust process and realize hydraulic automatic leveling of the fork by simple operation,and on the other hand can play a safety protection role for the compensation hydraulic cylinder.
