用声音叠加原理定量测算双发动机的噪声强度

摘  要:以一种采用双发动机系统的装卸平台为研究对象,为在方案设计阶段预测装卸平台工作时的噪声强度,提出采用声音叠加原理定量测算噪声强度。通过理论计算、仿真分析,确定双发动机噪声叠加后噪声为92 dB(A);模拟测试两台相同发动机的噪声叠加,测量噪声为91.9 dB(A);模拟测量结果与理论计算结果、噪声仿真结果基本吻合,验证了理论计算和噪声仿真结果的正确性。仿真预测驾驶室、装卸平台前端和装卸平台尾端3个作业位置的噪声值符合相关指标要求。Taking a loading and unloading platform with a dual-engine system as the research object,in order to predict the noise intensity when the platform is working at the design stage,the sound superposition principle is proposed to quantitatively measure the noise intensity.Through theoretical calculation and simulation analysis,it is determined that the noise after the superposition of the dual engines is 92 d B(A),while the noise superposition of two identical engines is simulated and tested,and the measured noise is 91.9 d B(A).The simulation measurement results basically match with the theoretical calculation results and noise simulation results,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical calculation and noise simulation results.The noise values of three operating positions,including the cab,the front end of the platform and the rear end of the platform,are simulated and predicted to meet therelevant index requirements.
