摘 要:对抱压式锚杆静压桩机压桩时夹桩机构进行静力分析,结果表明:1)压桩时,抱压式锚杆静压桩机的压桩力随液压缸作用力的增大而增大,随锥形楔块升角的减小而增大,随夹桩机构内部钢与钢的静摩擦因数的减小而增大,随钳口与预制桩之间的静摩擦因数的增大而增大;2)夹桩时,抱压式锚杆静压桩机的夹桩力随液压缸作用力的增大而增大,随锥形楔块升角的减小而增大,随夹桩机构内部钢与钢的静摩擦因数的减小而增大。The results of the static analysis of the pile clamping mechanism during pile pressing of the holding pressure anchor static pile driver show that:1) during pile pressing,the pressing force of the holding pressure anchor static pile driver increases with the increase of the hydraulic cylinder force,increases with the decrease of the lift angle of the conical wedge,increases with the decrease of the static friction factor between steel and steel inside the pile clamping mechanism,and increases with the increase of the static friction factor between the jaw and the precast pile;2) during pile clamping,the clamping force of the cramp-pressing-type anchor static pile driver increases with the increase of the hydraulic cylinder force,increases with the decrease of the lift angle of the conical wedge,and increases with the decrease of the static friction factor between steel and steel inside the pile clamping mechanism.
