摘  要:深水海洋工程船起重机的大型化给基座和船体设计带来了总体布置、结构强度、刚度和疲劳等方面的挑战。应用DNV S E S AM软件分析海洋工程船的水动力性能,确定船体运动惯性和船体总纵弯曲载荷。应用P ATR AN/NAS TR AN软件分析起重机基座结构强度和刚度,确定起重机基座和与船体的连接结构设计,基座刚度满足侧向挠度设计衡准要求。基于美国石油学会、挪威船级社的规范要求和“热点应力法”,应用DNV SESAM软件评估了起重机基座和与船体的连接结构典型热点的疲劳寿命。结果表明由起重机作业载荷变化产生的基座结构疲劳损伤是其总疲劳损伤的主要成分,疲劳寿命满足工程船作业25 a的设计要求。The large size of the crane for the deep-water offshore vessel brings challenges in terms of overall arrangement,structural strength,stiffness and fatigue to the design of the base and hull.Software DNV SESAM is applied to analyze the hydrodynamic performance of the offshore vessel and determine the motion inertia and the total longitudinal bending load of the hull.Software PATRAN/NASTRAN is applied to analyze the structural strength and stiffness of the crane base and determine the design of the crane base and its connection structure with the hull,and the base stiffness meets the standard requirements of lateral deflection design.Based on the specifications of American Petroleum Institute and Det Norske Veritas and the “hot spot stress method”,software DNV SESAM is applied to assess the fatigue life oftypical hot spots of the crane base and the connection structure with the hull.The results show that the fatigue damage of the base structure caused by the crane operation load changes is the main part of its total fatigue damage,and the fatigue life meets the design requirements of 25 a of vessel operation.
