摘  要:通过多体动力学软件、液压系统软件、离散元软件及有限元软件对载重300 t级重型矿用电传动自卸车货箱轻量化后结构开展多学科多场耦合分析,得到不同工况下货箱结构的应力分布,根据模态分析结果展开针对性优化,优化后分析结果表明,货箱强度、刚度、模态和振型满足相关标准要求,提升了货箱结构的可靠性,满足了其复杂工况下的使用要求。The multi-body dynamics software,hydraulic system software,discrete element software and finite element software are used for multi-disciplinary multi-field coupling analysis of the lightweight structure of the cargo box of a 300-t heavy-duty electric mining dumper to obtain the stress distribution of the cargo box structure under different working conditions,and targeted optimization is carried out according to the modal analysis results.The analysis results after optimization show that the strength,stiffness,mode and vibration patterns of the cargo box meet the requirements of relevant standards,the reliability of the cargo box structure is improved,and the use requirements under complex working conditions are met.
