摘  要:设计自卸荷先导液压系统,在工程车辆启车后,先导泵先给蓄能器充压,当达到设定压力时,先导泵以较低压力卸荷。随着内泄漏和手柄操作,蓄能器压力降低,当低于设定压力时,通过双油源自卸荷减压阀重新给蓄能器充压。主油路除给工作装置供油外,也作为油源通过双油源自卸荷减压阀为先导系统供油,操纵工作装置时,主油路也可以给蓄能器充压,以降低先导泵充压循环频次。The self-discharging pilot hydraulic system is designed.After the engineering vehicle is started,the pilot pump first charges the accumulator,and when the set pressure is reached,the pilot pump unloads at a lower pressure.With internal leakage and handle operation,the accumulator pressure decreases,and when it is lower than the set pressure,the accumulator is recharged through a dual-oil-source self-discharging relief valve.In addition to supplying oil to the working device,the main oil circuit also serves as an oil source to supply oil to the pilot system through the dual-oil-source auto-unloading relief valve.When operating the working device,the main oil circuit can also charge the accumulator to reduce the charging cycle frequency by the pilot pump.
