摘 要:以8 t级装载机为基本机型,对定量系统、全变量系统、开中芯定变量系统和闭中芯定变量系统等4种液压系统节能特性和工作效率进行对比分析,计算一个作业循环下,4种液压系统做的总功、中位损失、溢流损失和节流损失,并计算出各系统的工作效率。分析结果表明,闭中芯定变量系统在开中芯定变量系统的基础上解决了能量损失大的问题,同时还实现了全变量负载敏感系统复合动作的功能,使整机更加高效节能。Taking an 8-t loader as the basic model,the energy-saving characteristics and working efficiency of four hydraulic systems,including the fixed-variable system,full-variable system,open-core fixed-variable system and closed-core fixed-variable system,are compared and analyzed.The total power,median loss,overflow loss and throttling loss of the four hydraulic systems in a working cycle are calculated,and the working efficiency of each system is calculated.The analysis results show that the closed-core fixed-variable system solves the problem of large energy loss on the basis of the opencore fixed-variable system and achieves the function of compound action of the fullvariable load sensing system,making the whole machine more efficient and energysaving.
