大型反击式破碎机锥孔轴承的安装方法

摘　　要：反击式破碎机通常采用调心滚子轴承,该型轴承能够承受较大的径向载荷,具有自调心功能。当轴承尺寸较大时,为便于安装,优选锥孔轴承。由于大型反击式破碎机使用的轴承尺寸大,轴承座跨距大,轴承的安装精度难以保证。通过确定合理的轴承径向残余游隙,采用液压法对大型锥孔轴承进行安装,并对轴承座及轴承进行精确的位置调整,以保证轴承的径向残余游隙和两轴承座的同轴度要求。安装后经空载试机,轴承温升和最高温度满足相关标准要求。Impact crushers usually use self-aligning roller bearings,which can bear large radial loads and have self-aligning functions.When the bearing size is large,for ease of operation,tapered bore bearings are preferred.Due to the large size of the bearings used in the large impact crusher and the large span of the bearing seats,it is difficult to guarantee the installation accuracy of the bearings.By determining a reasonable radial residual clearance of the bearings,hydraulic method is applied for the installation of the large tapered bore bearings and precise position adjustment of the bearing seats and the bearings to ensure the radial residual clearance of the bearings and the coaxiality of two bearing seats.After installationand no-load test,it is concluded that the temperature rise and maximum temperature of the bearings meet the requirements of relevant standards.
