摘  要:目的了解放射科护士时间压力、心理资本和职业倦怠状况,探讨三者间关系及心理资本在时间压力和职业倦怠间的中介作用.方法2021年6-8月,采用方便抽样法抽取北京市5家三级医院196名放射科护士作为调查对象,分别采用心理资本量表、时间压力量表和职业倦怠量表进行调查,采用多层线性回归分析放射科护士职业倦怠影响因素,采用结构方程模型进行路径分析.结果放射科护士心理资本得分为(83.75±15.33)分,时间压力得分为(31.24±4.62)分,职业倦怠得分为(60.59±11.28)分.放射科护士心理资本得分在年龄、技术职称及工作年限方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);时间压力在年龄、技术职称、工作年限、婚姻状况和是否值夜班方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);职业倦怠在年龄、技术职称、工作年限、婚姻状况及是否值夜班方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).放射科护士职业倦怠与心理资本呈负相关(r=-0.528,P<0.01),与时间压力呈正相关(r=0.549,P<0.01);时间压力与心理资本呈负相关(r=-0.584,P<0.01);心理资本在时间压力和职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.251,占总效应的37.86%.结论放射科护士心理资本在时间压力和职业倦怠间起部分中介作用.提高心理资本有利于缓解时间压力对职业倦怠的影响.Objective To understand the status of time pressure,psychological capital and job burnout of nurses in radiology department,explore the relationship between them and the intermediary role of psychological capital between time pressure and job burnout. Methods From June to August 2021,196 radiology nurses from five tertiary hospitals in Beijing were selected by convenient sampling method. They were investigated by psychological capital scale,time pressure scale and job burnout scale. The influencing factors of job burnout of radiology nurses were analyzed by multi-layer linear regression. The path analysis was performed using structural equation model. Results The scores of psychological capital,time stress and job burnout of nurses in radiology department were(83.75±15.33),(31.24±4.62) and(60.59±11.28)points,respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the psychological capital scores among radiology nurses with different age,technical title and working years(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the time pressure scores among radiology nurses with different age,technical title,working years,marital status and night shift(all P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the job burnout scores among radiology nurses with different age,technical title,working years,marital status and night shift(all P<0.05). The job burnout of radiology nurses was negatively correlated with psychological capital(r=-0.528,P<0.01),and positively correlated with time pressure(r=0.549,P<0.01). There was a negative correlation between time pressure and psychological capital(r=-0.584,P <0.01). The psychological capital played a partial mediating role between time pressure and job burnout,and the mediating effect was 0.251,accounting for 37.86% of the total effect. Conclusion The psychological capital of nurses in radiology department plays a mediating role between time pressure and job burnout.
