泸州市某三级甲等综合医院不同岗位新入职人员明尼苏达多项人格测验结果分析

摘  要:目的 采用明尼苏达多相人格测验(minnesota multiphasic personality inventory,MMPI)心理测评工具了解泸州市某三级甲等综合医院不同岗位员工入职时的心理特征及性格特点。方法 收集2018年6月-2020年6月新入职员工的MMPI基线得分,并对数据进行分析。结果 各岗位人员在癔病、妄想、说谎、神经质因子量表的评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。与其他4个岗位(医生、医技、保安、行政)相比,护士在疑病、抑郁、社会内向和内外向因子评分偏高,得分分别为(44.42±6.87)、(42.69±8.26)、(38.83±11.42)和(38.97±11.42)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与医生相比,护士在精神病性、精神衰弱、精神分裂、轻躁狂、社会内向、诈病和精神质因子评分较高,得分分别为(46.09±6.70)、(40.84±8.33)、(39.22±6.93)、(47.73±7.36)、(38.83±11.42)、(40.07±5.72)和(42.48±5.79)分,在校正、装好装坏因子评分较低,得分分别为(57.61±11.53)和(48.58±10.39)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与行政人员相比,医生在抑郁、社会内向评分较高,轻躁狂评分较低,得分分别为(40.46±8.44)、(36.82±10.77)和(45.79±7.54)分,保安在反社会因子评分较行政人员高,精神质因子评分较低,得分分别为(52.17±9.31)和(40.00±4.41)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与保安相比,护士在男性-女性化评分较低,得分为(36.45±10.50)分,医技在装好装坏因子评分较高、反社会因子评分较低,得分分别为(51.03±9.35)和(49.14±8.67)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。不同岗位男性职员的社会内向、内外向因子量表得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同岗位女性职员在疑病、抑郁、男女性化、精神分裂、轻躁狂、校正、精神质因子及装好装坏因子等量表得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。不同岗位未婚及已婚职员在男性-女性化精神衰弱、精神分裂、轻躁狂、社会�Objective Using the psychological evaluation tool Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory(MMPI),to explore the psychological characteristics and personality characteristics of new employees in different positions in a grade-A tertiary general hospital of Luzhou City. Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,the MMPI baseline scores of new employees were collected,and the data were analyzed. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of hysteria,paranoia,lying and neuroticism scales among employees in different positions(all P>0.05). Compared with the other four occupations(doctors,medical technicians,security guards and administrators),the nurses had the higher scores of hypochondriasis,depression,social introversion and introversion-extroversion,which were(44.42±6.87),(42.69±8.26),(38.83±11.42) and(38.97±11.42)points,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Compared with doctors,the nurses had the higher scores in psychopathic deviate,psychasthenia,schizophrenia,hypomania,social introversion,malingering and psychoticism,with the scores of(46.09±6.70),(40.84±8.33),(39.22±6.93),(47.73±7.36),(38.83±11.42),(40.07±5.72) and(42.48±5.79)points,respectively. While they had the lower scores in correction and fake god-fake bad factor,with the scores of(57.61±11.53) and(48.58±10.39)points,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05). Compared With administrators,the doctors had higher scores in depression and social introversion,and lower scores in hypomania,with scores of(40.46±8.44),(36.82±10.77) and(45.79±7.54)points,respectively. While the security guards had higher scores in antisocial factor and lower scores in psychoticism than administrators,with scores of(52.17±9.31) and(40.00±4.41)points,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).
