济宁市社区老年人社区融合度与生活质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解济宁市社区老年人社区融合度与生活质量的现状,探讨社区老年人社区融合度的影响因素.方法采用便利抽样法于2021年4-6月选取济宁市8个社区的270名老年人为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、社区融合度量表(neighborhood cohesion scale,NCS)、简明健康状况量表(short form of 12 health survey questionnaire,SF-12)进行调查,并对数据进行分析.结果济宁市270名社区老年人的NCS总分为(32.14±4.09)分,SF-12总分为(67.35±16.14)分.不同性别、年龄、学历、收入、居住方式、患病总数、自评健康的社区老年人社区融合度得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).社区融合度与生活质量呈正相关(r=0.250,P<0.05).SF-12中的心理健康维度可解释社区老年人社区融合度总变异的18.0%(P<0.05).结论济宁市社区老年人的社区融合度与生活质量具有相关性.社区服务与管理人员应对老年人进行活动能力评估及疾病护理指导,增强整体机能,提高生活质量,通过加强社区邻里关系网及社区活动,促使老年人积极参与社区服务,感受自身价值,提升社区融合水平.Objective To describe the status of neighborhood cohesion and quality of life among elderly people in the community in Jining City,explore the influencing factors of social cohesion of the elderly in the community. Methods 270 elderly people were selected from eight communities in Jining City as the research objects by the convenience sampling method from April to June2021. The general information questionnaire,neighborhood cohesion scale(NCS),and short form of 12 health survey questionnaire(SF-12) were used in the investigation,and the data wee analyzed. Results The total score of NCS among 270 community elderly people in Jining City was(32.14±4.09)points,and the total score of SF-12 was(67.35±16.14)points. There were statistically significant differences in the score of neighborhood cohesion among the community elderly people with different gender,age,education background, income, residence style, total number of diseases,and self-rated health(all P<0.05). The neighborhood cohesion was positively correlated with the quality of life(r=0.250,P<0.05). The mental health dimension in SF-12 explained18.0% of the total variation of neighborhood cohesion of the elderly in the community(P<0.05). Conclusion The neighborhood cohesion of the elderly in the community in Jining City is correlated with the quality of life. The community service and management personnel should carry out activity ability assessment and disease nursing guidance for the elderly,enhance the overall function,improve the quality of life,and promote the elderly to actively participate in community services,feel their own value and improve the level of neighborhood cohesion by strengthening the community neighborhood network and community activities.
