摘　　要：为了促使患者手腕关节快速康复、增加腕关节的灵活性,设计了一种腕关节康复器。它主要包括夹持装置、扭簧和握持装置3部分,其中夹持装置和握持装置通过扭簧连接。使用时,整个康复器套于手臂,夹持装置套夹于前臂,手掌握住握持装置,通过扭动握持装置,引弹簧产生阻力,进而对腕关节进行扭动锻炼,增加患者腕关节的力量和灵活性。该康复器可以很好地满足患者的治疗需求,缩短患者腕关节康复时间,结构简单,操作便捷,携带方便。In order to promote the rapid recovery of the patient’s wrist joint and increase the flexibility of the wrist joint,a wrist joint rehabilitation device is designed,which mainly includes three parts:clamping device,twist spring and holding device,and the clamping device and the holding device are connected by the twist spring.When used,the entire rehabilitation device is set on the arm,the clamping device is clamped on the forearm,the hand grip is held by the holding device,and by twisting the grip device,the spring generates resistance,and then the wrist joint is twisted and exercised,increasing the strength and flexibility of the patient’s wrist joint.The rehabilitator can well meet the treatment needs of patients and shorten the rehabilitation time of the wrist joint.The rehabilitator is simple in structure,easy to operate and easy to carry.
