摘 要:随着城市的发展,私家车的数量逐渐增加。针对目前国内在城市化过程中出现的停车难问题,结合国内市场及欧美市场上现有的机械式停车设备,提出了一种三位六车自动泊车装置的设计方案。首先,对该装置采用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模,主要涉及自动导引运输车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)载车板、升降载车板和横移载车板,并对以上各个关键结构进行有限元分析,设计与分析了装置的控制系统,采用树莓派智能控制实现了装置的预期运动。结果显示,本设计可有效解决城市化过程中停车难问题,促进停车装置产业的发展。Aiming at the parking problem in the process of urbanization in China,and combining with the existing mechanical parking equipment in the domestic market as well as the European and American markets,a design scheme of three-six-car automatic parking device is proposed.Modeling is carried out by using SolidWorks software,mainly involving AGV vehicle board,lifting vehicle board and horizontal moving vehicle board.Finite element analysis is carried out on the above key structures,design and analysis are carried out on the control system of the device,and the expected movement of the device is realized through intelligent control of Raspberry Pi.The utilization rate of parking spaces can solve the parking problem in the process of urbanization and promote the development of parking device industry.
