摘 要:水利水电工程中,水工钢结构闸门制造与安装质量很大程度上受焊接作业的影响,需要认真做好焊缝质量控制与检测工作,强化水工钢结构闸门焊接作业监管力度。从水工钢结构闸门焊接流程与工艺技术出发,着重分析焊缝质量控制的有效措施和焊缝质量检测的科学方法,从而构建焊接质量控制与检测体系,为水工钢结构闸门的安全稳定运行提供必要保障。The manufacturing and installation quality of hydraulic steel structure gate in water conservancy and hydropower projects is largely affected by welding operation.It is necessary to carefully do a good job in weld quality control and inspection,and strengthen the supervision of welding operation of hydraulic steel structure gate.Starting from the welding process and technology of hydraulic steel structure gate,this paper focuses on the effective measures of weld quality control and the scientific method of weld quality detection,so as to construct the welding quality control and detection system,which provides a necessary guarantee for the safe and stable operation of hydraulic steel structure gate.
