摘 要:水工钢闸门制作过程中可能面临钢闸门门叶焊接变形问题,影响钢闸门制作质量,导致后续安装受阻。为了确保水工钢闸门制造与安装的顺利进行,需要对门叶焊接变形问题进行积极预防和有效控制,确保钢闸门拥有良好的质量和使用性能,提升水利水电工程运营的稳定性和可靠性。从水工钢闸门门叶焊接变形的原因出发,探讨有效预防和控制门叶焊接变形的技术措施,对水工钢闸门制造安装具有一定的借鉴价值。During the manufacturing process of hydraulic steel gate,the welding deformation of steel gate leaf may be faced,which affects the manufacturing quality of steel gate and hinders the subsequent installation.In order to ensure the smooth manufacture and installation of hydraulic steel gate,it is necessary to actively prevent and effectively control the welding deformation of gate leaf,ensure the good quality and service performance of steel gate,and improve the stability and reliability of water conservancy and hydropower project operation.Starting from the causes of welding deformation of hydraulic steel gate leaf,this paper discusses the technical measures to effectively prevent and control the welding deformation of hydraulic steel gate leaf,which has a certain reference value for the manufacturing and installation of hydraulic steel gate.
