摘 要:随着近年来发电厂锅炉容量的逐渐增大,锅炉承压管数量增多,其所承受的压力不断增加,导致锅炉炉管泄漏事故的发生概率与日俱增,严重影响了发电机组的安全运行。然而,炉管泄漏在线监测装置随着使用年限的增加,可靠性下降,故障率逐渐升高,不再适应目前的锅炉运行环境。通过升级声波传感器、改进自动除灰装置、升级主机采集系统等方法,提高炉管泄漏在线监测装置的准确性和可靠性,降低人力资源消耗及维护费用,以达到电厂提质增效、节能降耗的目的。With the increase of boiler capacity,the number of pressure tubes and the pressure of the boilers in power plants in recent years,the probability of boiler tube leakage is increasing,which seriously affects the safe operation of the electric generator.However,with the increase of service life,the reliability of the on-line monitoring device for boiler tube leakage decreases,and the failure rate increases gradually.In this paper,the accuracy and reliability of online monitoring device for furnace pipe leakage are improved by means of upgrading acoustic sensor,improving automatic ash removal device and upgrading host computer acquisition system,and reducing human resource consumption and maintenance cost,in order to achieve power plant quality and efficiency,energy saving and consumption reduction purposes.
