摘  要:近年来,随着异型石材产品的广泛使用,人们对其形状与精度的要求也越来越高,石材加工个性化、多样化趋势明显。桥式切石机作为应用最为广泛的石材加工设备,其自动化水平的高低直接制约着石材加工的质量与效率。目前,与国外先进的石材加工技术水平相比,我国石材加工装备的总体水平还存在较大的差距,特别是应用于石材异型切割的数控系统,还很不完善与成熟。文章将利用美国Soft Servo System(3S)公司的纯软件开放式数控系统的二次开发技术,提出面向石材异型切割的开放式专用数控系统的研究方法,为提高国内石材加工的自动化水平提供建设性的思路。In recent years,with the wide use of special-shaped stone products,people have higher and higher requirements for their shape and accuracy,and the trend of individualization and diversification of stone processing is obvious.As the most widely used stone processing equipment,the automation level of bridge stone cutting machine directly restricts the quality and efficiency of stone processing.At present,compared with the advanced technology of foreign countries,there is still a big gap in the overall level of China’s stone equipment,especially the CNC system applied to the special-shaped cutting of stone is still far from perfect and mature.This paper will use the secondary development technology of American Soft Servo System(3S)pure software open CNC system to put forward the research method of open special CNC system for special-shaped stone cutting,which will provide constructive ideas for improving the automation level of domestic stone processing.
