摘  要:文章分析了现有压滤系统的现状和不足,通过研究改进压滤系统的工艺流程,采用渣浆泵和柱塞泵组合的工作方式,改善了目前压滤系统能耗大的问题。设计基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的压滤机智能入料系统,先增加物联终端实现远程组态监控运行和数据采集,为设备提供全生命周期管理,再利用完善的故障检测系统,既保证了设备安全运行,又实现了无人值守。This paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the existing pressure filtration system.It improves the process flow of the pressure filtration system through research.Using the combination of slurry pump and plunger pump working mode,it improves the high energy consumption of the current pressure filtration system.The intelligent feeding system of filter press based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is designed,adding IOT terminals to realize the operation and data collection of remote supervisory and control system,providing the whole life cycle management for the equipment and making use of the perfect fault detection system,which not only ensures the safe operation of the equipment,but also realizes unattended operation.
