摘 要:考虑到双块式无砟轨道层间脱粘处的接触状态为粗糙接触,将有限元法和颗粒离散元法结合以研究不同列车速度和轴重对脱粘支承层表面粗糙峰微凸体的影响。结果表明:当车速分别从150 km/h增至200 km/h和从200 km/h增至250 km/h时,脱粘道床板底部竖向位移增幅较小,但后者的竖向速度增幅是前者的3倍;支承层表面粗糙峰微凸体内的裂缝数量和长度与轴重呈正相关,与车速无较大关系;此外车速会导致粗糙峰微凸体裂缝往峰底延伸,轴重会导致粗糙峰微凸体内的贯通裂缝明显增加,即更易掉落成粉;并且裂缝数量和长度增幅均小于轴重增幅,但裂缝长度和数量的增幅比分别为1.55和1.81,大于轴重的增幅比1.34,即随着轴重的增加,裂缝数量和长度的增加幅度会越来越大。Considering that the contact state at the debonding position between layers of double-block ballastless track is rough contact, the finite element method and PFC2D are combined to study the impact of different train speeds and axle loads on the surface rough peak micro-convex of the debonding supporting layer. The results show that: when the train speed increases from 150 km/h to 200 km/h and from 200 km/h to 250 km/h respectively, the vertical displacement at the bottom of the debonding track bed slab increases slightly;however, the vertical speed increase of the latter is 3 times that of the former. The number and length of cracks in the surface rough peak micro-convex of the supporting layer are positively correlated with the axle load, but not with the train speed. In addition, the train speed will cause the rough peak micro-convex crack to extend to the rough peak bottom, and the axle load will cause the through crack in the rough peak micro-convex to increase significantly, that is, it is more likely to fall into powder.Moreover, the increases of the number and length of cracks are less than the increase of axle load;however, the increase ratios of length and number of cracks are 1.55 and 1.81 respectively, which are greater than the increase ratio of axle load of 1.34, that is, the number and length of cracks will increase more and more with the increase of axle load.
