Static and Dynamic Performance of Simply Supported Long⁃span Steel Box Tied Arch Bridge on Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway

摘  要:采用MIDAS有限元软件建立京雄城际铁路跨径112.5 m的简支钢箱系杆拱桥模型,计算了静载作用下该桥的受力性能、自振频率和振型。对该桥进行了静载试验、动力特性试验和动载试验,对比分析了有限元模拟计算值和实测值。结果表明:静载作用下钢箱系杆拱桥各控制截面的挠度和应力的实测值与计算值相符,校验系数均小于1.0;结构受力变形对称性良好;自振频率和振型的实测值与计算值基本一致,结构整体刚度良好;动载作用下桥梁各项动力学性能指标均小于规范值,且各项指标与行车速度关系不明显。可见,钢箱系杆拱桥静动载作用下受力性能良好,可应用于城际铁路桥梁建设。The model of simply supported steel box tied arch bridge with 112.5 m span of Beijing-Xiong’an intercity railway was established by using MIDAS finite element software.The mechanical performance,natural frequency and vibration mode of the bridge under static load were calculated.The static load test,dynamic characteristic test and dynamic load test of the bridge were carried out,and the finite element simulation calculation value and the measured value were compared and analyzed.The results show that the measured values of the deflection and stress of each control section of the steel box tied arch bridge under static load are consistent with the calculated values,and the verification coefficients are less than 1.0.The structural deformation symmetry is good.The measured values of natural frequency and mode are basically consistent with the calculated values,and the overall stiffness of the structure is good.Under the action of dynamic load,each dynamic performance index of the bridge is less than the specification value,and its relationship with the driving speed is not obvious.It can be seen that the steel box tied arch bridge has good mechanical performance under static and dynamic loads,and can be applied to the construction of intercity railway bridges.
