摘  要:选取榆林某厂钻井废液为处理对象,研究絮凝剂对钻井废液的无污染处理,考察单一絮凝剂和混合絮凝剂、混合絮凝剂的用量、不同起始pH值对钻井废液处理的影响,并对处理后的剩余污泥进行脱水研究。结果表明:在pH=14的条件下,向钻井废液中加入混合絮凝剂(3 g聚合氯化铝、5 g氧化钙、0.1 g聚丙烯酰胺)对钻井废液的处理效果最佳,然后利用恒压过滤使过滤后污泥中的含水率降为49.8%,相对于未过滤污泥中的含水率91.7%减少了41.9%,有效降低了剩余污泥中的含水率。The waste liquid of a Yulin factory was used as the treatment object to study the non-pollution treatment of the drilling waste liquid by flocculant. The effect of the single and mixed flocculant, the dosage of mixed flocculant,the different initial pH value on the treatment of the drilling waste liquid was investigated, and the dewatering of the remaining sludge after treatment was studied. The experimental results showed that, under the conditions of pH=14,adding 3 g polyaluminum chloride, 5 g calcium oxide and 0.1 g polyacrylamide into the drilling waste liquid, the treatment effect was the best. Then the water content of the filtered sludge was reduced by 41.9% by constant pressure filtration.
