摘  要:拟薄水铝石胶溶性能是影响产品质量的重要因素,通过考察酸种类、酸铝比、氧化铝浆液质量分数、胶溶条件对胶溶指数的影响,建立了测定拟薄水铝石胶溶指数的分析方法,此方法简便、快捷、适用范围广,能够满足生产控制的要求,对加强原料质量控制、提升产品质量起到重要作用;有利于在催化剂制备过程中寻找稳定的胶溶条件,节约胶溶成本,减少NOx污染排放。Pseudo-boehmite peptization performance is an important factor affecting product quality. By investigating the influence of acid type, silicon-aluminum ratio, and slurry concentration on peptization index, an analysis method for pseudo-boehmite peptization index was established. The method is simple, fast and widely applicable, it can meet the requirements of production control, and plays an important role in strengthening the quality control of raw materials and improving product quality;it is conducive to finding stable peptizing conditions in the catalyst preparation process, saving peptizing costs and reducing NOx pollutant emissions.
