摘  要:考察了加氢裂化催化剂在挤出成型时物料酸铝比、挤条物料干基和碾压时间对催化剂堆积密度的影响,并对工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:在考察的范围内,HNO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)摩尔比越大,催化剂的堆积密度越大;挤条干基越大,催化剂的堆积密度越大;碾压时间增加,催化剂的堆积密度增大。优化后的成型工艺条件制备的催化剂,其物化性质达到规格指标要求,性能评价再现了实验室小试的结果,制备重复性好,产品质量稳定。The effects of the ratio of acid to aluminum, dry base and rolling time on the bulk density of hydrocracking catalyst during extrusion were investigated, and the technological conditions were optimized. The results show that the higher the molar ratio of HNO_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3), the higher the bulk density of catalyst. The larger the extruded dry base, the higher the bulk density of catalyst. The bulk density of catalyst increased with the increase of rolling time. The physical and chemical properties of the catalyst prepared by the optimized molding process met the requirements of specifications, and the performance evaluation reproduced the results of laboratory test, with good preparation repeatability and stable product quality.
