摘 要:介绍了采用“湿式氧化+酸化中和”工艺处理乙烯废碱液的装置开工及运行情况,并对期间出现的问题进行了分析,同时给出了装置运行建议。详细介绍了工业装置的工艺流程及处理效果,该装置采用的核心设备为套筒式内循环反应器和循环冷却洗涤塔,在190℃、3.0 MPa的操作条件下,出水S^(2-)<1.0 mg·L^(-1),COD<4250 mg·L^(-1)(去除率>93%),尾气达标排放,环境效益和社会效益显著。The start-up and operation of the device for treating ethylene spent caustic by the technology of"wet oxidation+acidizing neutralization"were introduced,and the problems during the period were analyzed,and some suggestions for the device operation were put forward.The process flow and treatment effect of the industrial unit were introduced in detail.The core equipments of the unit were a sleeve inner circulation reactor and a circulating cooling washing tower.Under the operating conditions of 190℃and 3.0 MPa,the S^(2-)mass concentration of the effluent was less than 1 mg·L^(-1),and the COD was less than 4250 mg·L^(-1)(removal rate was more than 93%),and the exhaust gas could meet the emission standard.It had significant environmental and social benefits.
