摘　　要：聚合反应器是化工生产中一类重要的化工生产设备。详细分析了搅拌反应器、鼓泡塔反应器、环流反应器和微反应器4种反应器的结构特点。对于气液两相聚合反应体系,讨论了不同聚合反应器在运行过程中的气液混合、传质和传热等特点,分析物料本身的特性,针对反应器结构和反应过程选择合适的聚合反应设备,对于降低投资成本、维修费用和设备运行费用都有着至关重要的作用。本文为聚合反应工艺选择适宜的聚合反应器提供指导建议,实现工业装置的安全稳定长周期运行,提高企业的经济效益。Polymerization reactors are an important class of chemical production equipment in chemical production. In this paper, the structural characteristics of four types of reactors, namely, stirred reactor, bubble tower reactor, loop reactor and micro reactor, were analyzed in detail. For the gas-liquid two-phase polymerization reaction system, the characteristics of gas-liquid mixing, mass transfer and heat transfer in the operation of different polymerization reactors were discussed, the characteristics of the materials themselves were analyzed, and the appropriate polymerization reaction was selected according to the structure of the reactor and the reaction process. The equipment plays a vital role in reducing investment costs, maintenance costs and equipment operating costs. This article provides guidance and suggestions for the selection of suitable polymerization reactors for the polymerization reaction process,so as to realize the safe, stable and long-term operation of industrial devices, and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
