摘 要:近年来,国家新发布《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》要求特殊地区工艺加热炉的氮氧化物执行特殊排放限值,排放质量浓度由180 mg·m^(-3)降至100 mg·m^(-3)。某石化企业乙烯裂解炉烟气中的氮氧化物排放质量浓度在120 mg·m^(-3),为达到国家污染物排放要求,企业采样“低氮火嘴+蒸汽喷枪”的改造技术对乙烯裂解炉进行改造。改造后通过工艺调整,使乙烯裂解炉烟气中氮氧化物排放质量浓度降至90 mg·m^(-3),实现乙烯裂解炉氮氧化物减排及达标排放的目标,为同类化工装置氮氧化物达标改造提供借鉴经验。In recent years,China has issued the Emission Standards for Pollutants in the Petrochemical Industry,requiring that the NOx emission limits of process heating furnaces in special areas must be implemented,and the emission mass concentration is reduced from 180 mg·m^(-3) to 100 mg·m^(-3).The nitrogen oxide emission mass concentration of ethylene cracking furnace flue gas in a petrochemical enterprise was about 120 mg·m^(-3).In order to meet the national pollutant discharge requirements,the enterprise used the transformation technology of"low nitrogen nozzle+steam spray gun"to transform the ethylene cracking furnace.The nitrogen oxide emission mass concentration of ethylene cracking furnace flue gas was reduced to 90 mg·m^(-3)through process adjustment after the renovation,which realized the goal of nitrogen oxide emission reduction and standard emission of ethylene cracking furnace,and provided reference experience for the similar chemical plant nitrogen oxide standard transformation.
