摘  要:延长油田低渗区块分层注水井经过长时间注水开发后,出现了注水压力升高以及注水量下降等问题,为此,在分析了目标区块注水井注水现状的基础之上,通过大量室内实验,研制了一套适合延长油田低渗区块分层注水井的表面活性剂降压增注体系,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明:研制的表面活性剂降压增注体系具有良好的稳定性能,在地层温度条件下老化60 d后仍能达到超低界面张力水平;体系还具有良好的防膨性能和润湿性能,体系与地层原油和地层水的配伍性较好,不会对地层产生二次伤害;表面活性剂降压增注体系具有良好的降压增注性能,目标区块储层段天然岩心注入0.5 PV的表面活性剂降压增注体系后,岩心驱替压力可以降低40%以上。现场应用结果表明,该表面活性剂降压增注体系能使延长油田低渗区块分层注水井的注水压力显著降低,日注水量显著升高,取得了较好的应用效果。After a long time of water injection development, the layered water injection wells in low permeability blocks of Yanchang oilfield have some problems, such as the increase of water injection pressure and the decrease of water injection volume. Therefore, based on the analysis of the current situation of water injection in water injection wells in target blocks, a set of surfactant depressurization and injection increase system suitable for layered water injection wells in low permeability blocks of Yanchang oilfield was developed through a large number of laboratory experiments, and its comprehensive performance was evaluated. The results showed that the developed surfactant depressurization and injection increasing system had good stability, and could still reach the level of ultra-low interfacial tension after aging for 60 d at formation temperature;The system also had good anti swelling and wetting properties. The system had good compatibility with formation crude oil and formation water and could not cause secondary damage to the formation;The surfactant depressurization and injection increasing system had good depressurization and injection increasing performance. After injecting 0.5 PV surfactant depressurization and injection increasing system into the natural core of the reservoir section of the target block, the core displacement pressure could be reduced by more than 40%. The field application results showed that the surfactant depressurization and injection increase system could significantly reduce the water injection pressure and increase the daily water injection of layered water injection wells in low-permeability blocks of Yanchang oilfield, and achieve good application results.
