摘  要:介绍了新型保护油气层钻井液体系EZFLOW的性能以及现场应用的效果。室内试验和现场应用表明该体系钻井液性能优良,具有良好触变性,可有效悬浮携带岩屑,减少岩屑床形成,提高井眼清洁效率;可抗140℃高温,性能稳定;封堵能力强,能够完全封堵20D以内的多孔介质;反排压力低,最大反排压力0.005 6 MPa;油气层保护效果好,渗透率恢复值达到90%以上,能够明显的节约时效,减少破胶时间3~5 h,保证产量,现场实际应用陆丰17-2项目中两口井配产均超过795 m^(3)·d^(-1)。The performance of EZFLOW drilling fluid and its field application were introduced. Laboratory test and field application showed that the drilling fluid had good properties, good thixotropy, and could effectively suspend cuttings and reduce the formation of cuttings bed,could resist high temperature of 140℃,had good pollution resistance;it had strong plugging ability, could completely plug the porous medium within 20D;it had low backflow pressure,maximum backflow pressure was 0.005 6 MPa;Its reservoir protection effect was good, the permeability recovery value was more than 90%, which could reduce the breaking time of 3~5h, and ensure the production. The production allocation of two wells in the Lufeng 17-2 project during the field practical application exceeded 795 m^(3)·d^(-1).
