摘 要:变频器是电力电子设备,抵御电压暂降能力弱,多次因“晃电”影响装置运行。研究了变频器能量平衡关系,推导了在三相短路下,变频器暂降持续时间。利用持续时间方程,分析影响变频器免疫的关键因素。搭建变频器实验平台,实测不同暂降深度、不同负荷率下,变频器暂降免疫能力。变频器暂降拐点与负载率相关,负载越重耐受暂降时间越短。变频器暂降深度与频率相关,频率越低耐受电压暂降能力越强。依据测试结论,分析不同暂降免疫手段的适用范围。外加电源适合关键工艺,改变控制策略适合非核心工艺。分析得到的结论可为石化变频器暂降治理提供参考。Converter is a power electronic equipment with weak resistance to voltage sag,which affects the operation of unit for many times.In this paper,the energy balance relationship of converter is studied,and the sag duration of converter under three-phase short circuit is deduced.Using the duration equation,the key factors affecting the immunity of converter are analyzed.The converter experimental platform is built to measure the sag immunity of converter under different sag depths and different load rates.The sag inflection point of converter is related to the load rate.The heavier the load,the shorter the sag duration.The sag depth of converter is related to the frequency.The lower the frequency,the stronger the voltage sag tolerance.According to the test conclusions,the application scope of different sag immunity means are analyzed.External power supply is suitable for key processes,and changing the control strategy is suitable for non-core processes.The conclusions can provide reference for the sag treatment of converters in petrochemical industry.
