摘 要:通过有限元软件ANSYS,以某项目60 m自立式钢烟囱为例,分析了特定荷载作用下烟囱开孔处应力分布情况。结果表明:软件模拟的薄弱位置与烟囱设计规范计算得到的薄弱位置一致;当计算所得烟囱开孔处应力应变水平较低,可适当减薄开孔处壁厚或减小型钢截面,以提高其应力水平;当洞口筒壁进入塑性,可以采取增加开孔处壁厚或加大型钢截面,也可以提高接管壁厚,以降低其应力水平,使洞口筒壁处于允许的屈服强度以内。This paper analyzes the stress distribution at the opening of a 60-meter-high self-supporting steel chimney under specific loads by using the finite element software ANSYS.The results show that the weak position simulated by the software is consistent with that calculated by the chimney design code.When the calculated stress-strain level at the chimney opening is low,the wall thickness at the opening can be appropriately reduced or the steel section can be reduced to improve the stress level.When the tube wall of the opening is plastic,the wall thickness at the opening or the section steel can be increased,and the wall thickness of the nozzle can be increased to reduce the stress level and make the tube wall of the opening within the yield strength.
