成本加酬金EPC合同中EPC承包商的利润分析与建议

摘　　要：在介绍成本+酬金合同模式的基础上,通过研究实际成本加酬金工程案例的合同条款与计价方式,对EPC总承包单位在成本+酬金模式下的利润情况及费用风险进行分析。尝试对提高EPC总承包单位在该合同模式下的利润率提出建议。篇幅所限,主要针对工程费进行讨论,不过多涉及二三类费用。Based on the introduction to cost-plus-fee contract mode,this paper analyzes the profit situation and cost risk of EPC contractors under cost-plus-fee mode by studying the contract terms and pricing methods of actual cost-plus-fee project cases,and attempts to put forward some suggestions on improving the profit margin of EPC contractors under such contract mode. This paper mainly discusses the project cost,and category Ⅱ and Ⅲ expenses are almost not involved.
