摘　　要：针对三偏心蝶阀因生产过程中存在加工误差出现过关或欠关情况,导致密封圈需重新配做,提出三偏心蝶阀配圏计算公式。分析导致过关及欠关情况发生的可能原因,针对需重新配做密封圈的工况进行分析,得出相应计算公式,并通过计算实例及现场应用进行验证。结果表明:该三偏心蝶阀配圏计算公式准确、可靠、可行。Aiming at the problem that the sealing ring of triple-offset butterfly valve needs to be re-fitted due to the processing errors during manufacture,the calculation formula for the matching ring of triple-offset butterfly valve is proposed.The possible reasons for the valve failure are analyzed.The working conditions under which the sealing ring needs to be re-fitted are analyzed,and the corresponding calculation formula is obtained.It is verified through calculation examples and field applications.The results show that the calculation formula for the matching ring of triple-offset butterfly valve is accurate,reliable and feasible.
