摘  要:物联网技术的进步推动了RFID技术的发展,标签天线是RFID系统的核心部分之一。针对微波频段小型化天线发展需要,设计了一款双频单极子RFID标签天线,该天线以纸基介质为基板,采用微带馈电,结构简单,易于加工。其尺寸为36 mm×30 mm×0.8 mm,利用有效元仿真软件HFSS对其进行仿真优化,结果表明其中心工作频率分别为2.45 GHz、5.8 GHz,回波损耗S_(11)分别为-19 dB、-31 dB,辐射性能良好,具备一定的应用价值。The progress of Internet of Things technology has promoted the development of RFID technology.Tag antenna is one of the core parts of RFID system.In order to meet the development needs of miniaturization antenna operated in microwave band,a dual-frequency monopole RFID tag antenna is designed.The antenna’s substrate was based on paper,and was fed by microstrip.It has simple structure and was easy to fabricate.Its size is 36 mm×30 mm×0.8 mm.The finite element simulation software HFSS was used for simulation and optimization.The results show that its central operating frequency are 2.45 GHz and 5.8 GHz,and its return loss S_(11) are-19 dB and-31 dB,respectively.The radiation performance is good and has certain application value.
