摘 要:为了能够减小起重机最大单件运输重量及外形尺寸,便于公路运输。提出一种新的快拆式回转支承结构。针对该结构设计了一种回转支承用非标高强螺栓,探讨了预紧力矩的理论计算方法,并将计算结果与试验数据进行对比。实验结果针对预紧百分比不同的螺栓具有一定的借鉴意义。通过该设计的快拆式回转支承装置,可实现不同工况下上下车快速拆装,确保了高效安全生产。In order to reduce the maximum single piece transportation weight and overall size of the crane,a new quick disassembly slewing ring structure is proposed.The new structure can transport facility and realize the convenient switching of crane models.The quick disassembly device is explained,calculated and analyzed.A non-standard high-strength bolt for slewing ring is designed for the mechanism,which provides a theoretical calculation method for the determination of preload torque.The calculation results are tested and compared.When the bolt has low preload,it can be calculated by theoretical method.When the bolt has high preload,it can be determined by the above experimental method.The theoretical and experimental methods can provide basis for subsequent engineering applications.Through the quick dismantling slewing ring device designed in this paper,the rapid disassembly and assembly of getting on and off under different working conditions can be realized,and the efficient and safe production can be ensured.
