摘 要:本文研究了在钛合金的压力加工中分别采用“挤压+温轧”和“挤压+机加”两种工艺方案试制的TC4钛合金无缝管材,对比其组织、性能及表面质量。结果表明:挤压得到的TC4无缝管材,其金相组织兼有网篮组织和魏氏组织,在片层α相组织区域边缘存在着转变β相,β晶粒粗大,无等轴α,有针状α和条状α,有晶界α和大块α。机加与温轧相比可以得到表面质量优异的管材,但其组织性能的均匀性延续了挤压态的组织与性能,经后续热处理调整提高有限。相较之下,进行温轧得到的组织更加细密均匀,性能更加优异,可以承担更大的载荷和冲击。本文为TC4钛合金无缝管材加工的工艺方案选择提供了指导。In this paper,the TC4 titanium alloy seamless pipe produced by "extrusion + warm rolling" and "extrusion + machining" in the pressure machining of titanium alloy is studied,and its microstructure,properties and surface quality are compared.The results show that the metallographic structure of TC4 seamless pipe obtained by extrusion has both basket structure and widmanstatten structure α There is a transition at the edge of the phase organization region β Phase,β Coarse grain,no equiaxed α,needle like α And strip α,there are grain boundaries α And chunks α.Compared with warm rolling,the pipe with excellent surface quality can be obtained by machining,but the uniformity of its microstructure and properties continues the microstructure and properties of extruded state,and the improvement is limited by subsequent heat treatment adjustment.In contrast,the microstructure obtained by warm rolling is more fine and uniform,the performance is more excellent,and can bear greater load and impact.This paper provides guidance for the selection of processing scheme of TC4 titanium alloy seamless pipe.
