摘  要:本文介绍了二氧化锰的电解机理,对清液电解和悬浮电解的工艺设计进行了描述说明。在优化工艺配置的基础上,通过比较两种电解工艺的流程、技术指标、装机容量及投资等指标,阐明了清液电解工艺的直收率高、产品质量更好、投资大的特点,而悬浮电解工艺的直收率低、产品质量不及清液电解、投资小。进行工艺设计时,应综合考虑项目产能、产品特点和质量要求,选择合适的电解工艺。The electrolysis mechanism of manganese dioxide and the process design of clear liquid electrolysis and suspension electrolysis are described in this paper.Based on the optimized process configuration,the process flow,technical indexes,installed capacity and investment of the two electrolysis processes are compared.It shows that clear liquid electrolysis has higher direct finished-product ratio,higher product quality and larger investment,while suspension electrolysis has the feature of lower direct finished-product ratio,normal product quality and smaller investment.Project capacity,product feature and quality demand should be comprehensively considered when process designing.
