摘 要:矿山巷道在支护设计中,围岩级别变化较大,同一矿山巷道,经常碰到Ⅰ-Ⅴ级围岩无序出现的情况,富水岩层、溶洞、破碎带等不良地质情况也时有发生。要做到矿山建设的精细化管理,巷道的支护设计和施工是个非常重要的方面。本文结合巷道断面净宽B0=3m,B0=5m和B0=10m三种矿山中常见的断面形式,对各断面喷锚网支护、钢筋混凝土支护、钢拱架支护等支护方式进行受力分析和支护设计,使大家对各种断面巷道的支护强度有个概念性的认识,方便在现场设计时根据不同断面形式、不同围岩情况快速确定合理的支护方式。In the support design of mine roadway,the grade of surrounding rock changes greatly.The same mine roadway often encounters the disorder of grade I-V surrounding rock,and adverse geological conditions such as water rich rock stratum,karst cave and fracture zone also occur from time to time.To achieve the fine management of mine construction,the support design and construction of roadway is a very important aspect.In this paper,combined with the three common section forms in mines,i.e.the net width of roadway section B0=3M,B0=5M and B0=10m,the stress analysis and support design of shotcrete anchor mesh support,reinforced concrete support and steel arch support are carried out for each section,so that we can have a conceptual understanding of the support strength of roadway with various sections,which is convenient to quickly determine the reasonable support mode according to different section forms and different surrounding rock conditions in the field design.
